Uptech is accepting applications for Cohort 6
May 5, 2017
Uptech, an accelerator for tech startups located in the Greater Cincinnati region, is now accepting applications for its upcoming class. The ten startups accepted into the 6-month program will receive business education, advice and direction from mentors, as well as up to $50K in investment dollars. One of our 4 startups to watch in Dayton, Road-Aid, recently graduated as a part of Uptech’s 5th cohort.
According to Uptech’s website, the accelerator is interested in startups that meet the following criteria:
- Data-driven
- Tech-enabled solutions
- Qualified team
- Scalable
As a new addition to the program this year, Uptech announced that they are adding an exciting new partnership with St. Elizabeth Healthcare. This is a micro-venture in Health Tech, while the remainder of the 6th cohort will continue to be open to other industries.
The St. Elizabeth Healthcare partnership will explore the selection of several Health Tech startups for the 6thcohort. St. Elizabeth can offer qualified health tech startups access to top health advisors, mentors, and potential customers.
The last day to apply is June 11, and the program will run from September 5-March 2.
