Dayton Startup Week announces sponsorship opportunities

Dayton Startup Week is scheduled to take place at Tech Town Basecamp (444 E. 2nd Street in downtown Dayton) from September 12-16.
Startup Week is a five day, entrepreneur-led, volunteer-run, community-focused event happening in cities around the world.
Our Mission is to teach and promote entrepreneurship in our community, and we are looking for sponsorship support so we can accomplish our mission.
What is Dayton Startup Week?
Dayton Startup Week is a 5-day long event that brings developers, designers, marketers, product managers and startup enthusiasts together to support the startup ecosystem in Dayton. Through a series of events spread out between Tech Town & the Oregon District, Startup Week will showcase the best of what Dayton’s startup community has to offer. Attendees can choose to come for the entire week OR just the events that grab their interest.
There will be a variety of events ranging from panel discussions to workshops to casual networking, and we’ll cover 7 different tracks daily: Startup Your Startup, Funding Your Business, Marketing, Technology, Food & Beverage, Design & Web Development, and Talent & Culture.
Participants can even just drop in for some free co-working and open mentor hours.
The Real Goal of Dayton Startup Week, though, is not to launch startups. Rather, it’s about celebrating the startup community through the act of welcoming people into the community to develop deeper relationships than a typical networking event, sharing ideas and stories of success and failure. For many, it’s about taking the first step into entrepreneurship by giving them the permission slip to jump, knowing there’s a community there that will support them.
