6888 Kitchen Incubator (pronounced *six triple eight*) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing commercial kitchen space, training programs, and wraparound business support for emerging food entrepreneurs in Dayton and beyond.
We are proudly woman-, minority-, and veteran-led, and our mission is to remove barriers to entry for under-resourced culinary founders through accessible infrastructure and hands-on education.
Mission: To provide underrepresented food entrepreneurs with the tools, community, and space to grow their businesses, advancing food equity and economic mobility in marginalized communities.
